Tommy Palapa drew his first breath from the stong winds of Hurricane Jemina in early September 2009. He was created in the minds of a couple of fun loving Huntington Beach rumbuggers while trolling for Bull Dorado in the Sea of Cortez. While his original roots could date back to the Cajun Louisiana Bayou, Tommy's love for the ocean and big game fishing always drew him to the sand and waves of the surf. His first love, the quaint old mexican village of Los Barriles, Baja Sur, provided the inspiration for his mellow, take life as it comes, no worries attitude.
